subscribers to manage their incoming calls in the
most convenient and advanced way. It is a unique service
with utmost personalization capability; combining
all of the following individual services in a single
user-friendly package;
Ring Back Tone
Call Barring/Screening
Call Diversion
Voice Mail Service
Missed Call Notification
INOX Caller Management allows subscribers
to define specific calling numbers,
number groups, white and black lists
as mentioned below;
The user can define individual MSISDN
and set one of the possible actions
for calls coming from these numbers.
The user can define a range of numbers
or prefixes and set desired action accordingly.
Setting a melody (ring back tone) for
calls from colleagues and a special
announcement for calls coming from another
prefix range or barring calls from some
other numbers are some of the examples.
The user can define caller groups such
as family, business or friends. In this
case he can set jokes for his family
or friends while taking no action for
the business group.
The user can take a specific action
for unknown numbers such as call barring
or forwarding to the voice mail. The
user may also prefer to prevent calls
from hidden numbers. Thus he can also
differentiate unknown numbers (not available
at network) from numbers hidden on purpose
According to the above specified numbers, prefixes
or groups categories, the user can define specific
actions such as:
Play Ring Back Tone (a predefined voice record or
melody) during ringing phase
Block incoming call and connect an announcement
(such as "the person is not reachable at he moment")
Block incoming call, connect an announcement and require
missed call SMS or e-mail
Forward incoming call to voice mail
Forward incoming call to another MSISDN (might be
the personal assistant)
Connect the incoming call without taking any action
Moreover, users can define time intervals (morning,
day time, night, office hours etc.) and personalized
profiles (general, meeting, holiday, roaming-abroad
etc.) for changing these actions dynamically via WEB
interface, SMS or IVR.
